Using the same software we can also simulate and verify the CAM process
to create the NC code to control the CNC 3-Axis router. Our experienced
CAD engineers can also convert your ideas into 3D models for visual or
3D presentations.

Using a variety of materials such as MDF, PLY and Model
board we are able to produce patterns from 2D drawings or CNC and
finish to a high grade suitable for mould making or spray painted for
presentations.

Using an RTS (Rapid Tooling System) mould process we
can create high gloss or textured moulds. Large moulds can be supplied
with a supporting frame and castors for easy handling.

Each fibreglass (GRP) part can be manufactured to your own specification
with regards to thickness and colour. We can provide a coloured gelcoat
finish or natural finish ready for painting. We can also offer a range
of threaded brass inserts for rapid and precise fixation & assembly.
